Quantity of classes offered

I love the instructors, especially Kelly. Her classes are always interesting and fun, and are challenging enough to force me to improve. The facilities are great, and it is always clean and orderly. I also love the welcoming atmosphere, and have made friends among the other people taking the classes.

Class was great and studio staff was very warm and welcoming.

Teacher are fantastic! The variety of classes and times allows you to vary your workouts. The staff is so friendly. And as a beginner, the teachers help you understand the poses in a way that allows for tremendous person growth!

The products carried in the San Mateo CorePower are wonderful. I wish I could afford them a little more but they do have a lot on sale consistently:)

The workout is unique and really effective, I've seen personal results in a short time. Plus, it's a playful class with motivated instructors. I wasn't into Yoga at all before I tried Core Power and now I'm a convert!
