I took a few Yoga Sculpt classes, and did the Yoga Sculpt Intensive Teacher Training. I wasn't from the Bay Area, but the teachers and managers were so welcoming. They all just had a beautiful presence and determination to successfully gear us up for success through the entire format/ weeekend. They were organized passing out all the materials we needed; they were always on top of it going through the basics of CP, music, and beats! It really helped that really were truly there to guide us successfully creating a special experience and bond even knowing were all at different levels. They were very supportive, kind, and effective through all their doing. I think the one thing that stood up out to me the most (no matter what we did or how we did it), they truly were genuine in delivery an experience, whether we were trying out at San Mateo studio, other Core Power studios, or just taking the free class to bring to another studio. They grounded, connected, and truly united is with their kindness and selfless love by sharing all their wisdom, skills, and kindness! You all were a blessing in disguise, and I'll never forget the experience, namaste!

I love the space and how happy everyone is!! Before we're even out of the studio someone is on the way in to clean the floors! It's very clean!
I love the classes! The sculpt is amazing. I love lower impact activities but I still love getting a good sweat in. Great instructors too!

The staff was warm and welcoming. They never made me feel like I could not do it.
Very clean and modern facilities. Like how there are sanity bathrooms with showers provided, as well as towels or water if i should ever forget my accessories. The classes are plentiful which is nice for any kind of schedule.
I truly enjoyed the class. I haven't been able to go to the free week beyond the first
day because of going out of town on the holiday. Is it possible to extend it a week?

I really enjoyed the classes and atmosphere. The instructors are very genuine, and the classes I went to were truly about relaxing the mind and also challenging the body. I really enjoyed the whole experience.

This has been my first time at core power and I'm in love! I love the yoga sculpt classes. All of the teachers have been amazing!
CPY is an awesome place to get exercise, lose myself in poses for an hour and walk away refreshed, grateful and inspired.

The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly. The location is convenient and they provide many classes throughout the day. The facility is clean and the locker room is new which is nice.
