GREAT customer service!!! Words cannot express how valuable it's been to use a travel agent... especially these days. FOX TRAVEL has gotten me out of some pretty undesireable jams, that if I had booked my flight on my own I'd have been up a tree trying to figure it out. It's also a huge time saver super to have a travel agent do the research in a fraction of the time to find the best flight for my needs whereby if I'd researched it myself, I'd be on the internet for hours doing comparison shopping. IT'S A NO BRAINER! I have more time for myself and piece of mind letting a travel professional figure out all my travel details.
