Alana at the Brookfield office, our travel agent, is always very helpful and accommodating. The one thing I wish Fox did is itemize every item on the final invoice, separating out insurance cost, flight cost, transfer cost, etc. I think this is something that needs to be done through your billing software.
I was not happy with Kathryn when I booked a cruise because she was not in when I called and took long to respond. She left and I was assigned to Tina. Tina is wonderful. She always gets back to me whether I call or email and answers all my questions very promptly. She has restored my faith in Fox Travel.
