We are providing airline tickets for about 70 international and domestic travelers for a conference that we are hosting. From the very beginning, Lesley Vroman reached out and met with me to discuss our needs and how best for us to proceed. After we were set up, I was assigned to Nicole Zills who has been responsive to my every question and need. She and Lesley met with me to show me how to import the passenger lists and answer any last minute questions as we prepared to open the booking window. We are now on the fourth day of booking, and I couldn't be more pleased at how smooth everything is running. It's one of the most major parts of coordinating this conference, and yet, because of Fox's team of highly-skilled yet personable team, it has been one of the least stressful. Thank you, Fox!!!

I was talking with the agent and lamenting about the many changes Delta has made to my upcoming flight, including even making me move my return flight out another day (resulting in an extra hotel night, i.e. cost to my employer). After talking, I thought we were done, but the agent called back a few minutes later and told me that the original flight I booked was again available. This would save me that extra hotel night and expense. I never would have thought that Delta would cancel my flight, then a couple months later bring the exact flight back again. I appreciate she went the extra mile to make this happen!
