Elizabeth Klitzka was our travel agent and helped us book our cruise to the Mediterranean. This was my husband’s first cruise and first time to Europe. Elizabeth answered all of our questions and was able to give us tips and tricks from her own experience doing a very similar trip. Her patience to explain everything to us and answer our questions was beyond helpful. She had an answer for everything and when she didn’t she found us the answer promptly. We went an hour over our appointment time and we didn’t once feel rushed. I will use Elizabeth for all of our trips. We are thankful to have a travel agent that is knowledgeable and can speak from her own experiences.
