Not clear if this is a Concur or Fox thing, but ...
I had to request a $10 agent service to ensure i got credit for the unused United ticket credit on my plane reservation. I was unable to see it during checkout process but is was applied later after I submitted / agreed to all. No indication in the Concur help section how this is handled.
Basically a concern that I have to pay %10 for something that should be automatic .
THe credit did go through without drama when ticket was issued.
