Valerie Carroll was nothing but exceptional. She took the time and care to look through different flight options to allow for as minor an adjustment to my clinic schedule as possible, and still managed to find the perfect flights that keep me from getting home around 3 am.

Great service, friendly and professional all the time
We booked a cruise this past week. Our travel agent was very personable, kind, and patient as we worked through which Alsaka tour was best for us. She was willing to seek help to make sure she entered the information correctly, which was very appreciated. She was very helpful when we addressed a concern we found on the contract that was emailed to us. She responded quickly to our phone call. A hiccup has been that a follow-up email has not had the same quick response. We are looking forward to traveling with Fox to Alaska.
As a follow-up, I reflected on my score after writing my review. I wanted to change my score to 10, but the change my score button was locked. :( We are overall thrilled to work with Fox World and excited to be going.
