The agents at Fox World Travel have always been extremely helpful. This was true again yesterday 4/24/25. I was traveling home from a meeting and several flights in Denver, including my connection, were delayed and redirected because of weather. I was trying to get a seat on an earlier flight home but the lines were long at the airline desks. While I was waiting in line, I called Fox and spoke with Kathy. She said it was too close to departure time for Fox to reissue my current ticket, but she was able to at least get a seat on an earlier flight reserved for me. The clock was ticking closer to my new departure time and the lines were still backed up.
Suddenly, I got a call back from Kathy. She had taken the extra step to call the airline directly and get my ticket reissued for me on the earlier flight - which allowed me to go straight to the gate and get on the earlier flight home. A huge shoutout to Kathy and the entire team at Fox for your willingness to go the extra mile to help. You are appreciated!

The process was quite long due to website performance. I was booking at the same time as a coworker whom I will be traveling with, and each of us on different laptops was kicked off our then current page several times. The good thing is the info already input/selected was not lost.
