I reserved a rental car through Concur, and while I don't quite understand how that integrates with Fox Travel, I loved that I was able to reserve the car myself. I was able to choose a pickup location that was close to my home, and select from different rental companies. I was able to enter my Enterprise member ID and get points for the rental. The reservation, pickup and dropoff all went very smoothly.
