I like being able to set up appointment. I like the deal for birthday. The pre booking needs work. I would like to be able to set up a timed appointment up to a day before.

vip nice option. don't know why fading costs extra. anything without fading is a stupid looking haircut. it should just be part of the existing cost. prices generally are pretty high. wish could just book a regular appointment in, rather than go on app same day.
