Clean store. Friendly stylists. Not exactly cheap but fair price for services and amenities. Haven’t had a bad haircut from here yet. Ratiki (I hope I got her name right) did a great job on my haircut and we had a great chat about all sorts of things while she was doing it.
Excellent service every time!
I get the MVP almost every time I go. My regular hair dresser knows my style and always takes her time to get it just right. I don't feel rushed or pressured into anything.
The only gripe is that it is always first come first serve and often times I find it difficult to get in at a reasonable time. I cannot book an appointment which leaves me sometimes with hours long waits. Being from out of town it can make timing my haircut frustrating.
The customer service is great. I am always welcomed as I arrive and Sue is always great to converse with.
