My grandson"s stylist was very considerate, friendly and confident with him. He is generally a very shy person but she was able to engage him into talking about the style he wanted. I was happy to see that. We had to return a couple of days later because he was not quite content with the length and she was happy to cut it to a shorter length he was happier with.
