Customer Testimonials
Excellent support, good teachers, consistent program. My daughter has never complained once about going to Sylvan. It has given her confidence and she has stayed ahead of her class with the math program.
How they customize the learning to the child. How they are working during these times to make sure they support he told my children. I did acacian to follow up with parents to support the understanding of what's happening with each of the children
Very accommodating to find the best approach for children with issues.
Setting high standards for children to achieve their goals.
Everything
The staff is awesome and they're teaching skills are beyond expectations. I'm happy!
It's been an amazing experience. We had no idea how much our daughter could improve in such a short amount of time. They have Spanish speaking staff and the instructors are really great and highly skilled!
We love that the teachers make it fun and that our son loves to go. He comes out after the session with his head held up high and proud of what he has accomplished.
Meeting the needs of our kid.
We love that we get monthly feedback about our kids' progress at Sylvan. That is a lot more feedback that at their current public schools. I also appreciate the flexibility of the staff to allow my daughter to work on school homework with them once a week so it not a painful struggle for the parents at home. The data they provide is all very straightforward and tracking their progress is super easy to follow.
Teachers are very nice and professional. Easy to communicate with them. Kids feel comfortable, too.
Friendly. Listen to needs. Concerned about reaching results.
My kids loves going to Sylvan. They have good time to lean over there. Thank you Sylvan

Good communication!
We are seeing improvements at school and an increase in confidence. :)
My son has been going to Sylvan for tutoring for the last month and a half. In his recent assessment at school he has gone up a whole grade level. The teacher was very impressed! He was very excited to tell us. He feels very encouraged and has built his confidence.
Best service!!!
The teachers seem to be very tentative to my kid as he always come home saying he had a good time at tutoring today.
So far, my child has a positive learning experience from tutors there.

Setting individualized goals for Kids
Kids feel motivated by the Director Mr Anthony Thomas and his staff.
I appreciate that the our daughter is learning. Ìfé is gaining confidence in her ability to complete math problems independently. Thank you!
Sylvan is a great place for both students who are behind in their grade level and those who would like to get ahead. The problem with getting too ahead though is aligning the curriculum with a public school education where the child will continue to learn material at their academic grade level. What’s nice about Sylvan is the monthly reports to understand how your child is doing. They are very good about redirecting focus in problem area sooner than you even notice at their primary school setting. My kids enjoy Sylvan a lot.
Anthony Thomas. Anthony is what makes Sylvan Piedmont great and why we are there. He is thoughtful about his recommendations and takes the time to explain what programs your child could benefit from. He is also flexible and makes sure it is a pleasant experience for both the kids AND parents.
I think Anthony is a very wise educator who relates extremely well to parents and students.
Our son has gone from getting a D in math in 7th grade to getting an A in math in 8th grade and to be able to take compression math in high school if he wanted to.
