Derek Dunham arrived today to take care of the brown patch which has shown up all over our lawn. Since this has been a continuing problem since I started using Trugreen, I am pleased that you are servicing a problem that I believe is caused by putting nitrogen fertilizer on the lawn late spring time. Because we never had this before you serviced our lawn, and we had the same fescue grass, it would seem that it is something you are doing/not doing that is the root of the problem.
Because you have chosen to take care of the brown patch I will stay a customer at this time.
Derek is a nice young man and his customer service skills are excellent. You should treat him well.
My Service rep was Ethan Jones. He ring the door bell and he reviewed the service he would be providing. We also discussed the crabgrass and other weeds/grass problems. He recommended calling for a service call so a rep could address the weed issues. He did not have the correct treatment on his truck.
I liked Ethan, very knowledgeable, friendly and professional.
The service tech (Conner) was very friendly and answered our questions. He worked quickly and diligently. We have just built this house and moved in so we are looking forward to having a beautiful lawn with TruGreen. Thanks.

Tim Reid is a great technician, he did my first application and the one for 5/29/18. I would like to see him be able to provide all of my services. Trugreen should have a dedicated tech for each area or customer to provide services

Up until last treatment my yard looked great
When the services are performed the technicians are always kind and respectful to try and meet our needs and concerns. We still have some problems with some sort of grass that we cannot get rid of. We have turf bermuda and this grass tries to take over our lawn in some areas. You all have used certain methods to try and kill this grass, unfortunately nothing has worked! We need you to keep trying until it is gone! Please pass this on to whomever is in charge of this so we can work on this together to get rid of this grass! Thanks!
