Today I had the pleasure of observing Mr. Freddie G service my lawn without his knowledge. He was thorough as he applied the treatment to both Front and back lawn. This is the second summer that I had to call and complain about the lawn in the back been seriously overgrown with weed.
When he was finished I introduced myself to him and thanked him for his service. I never did this before, but I am requesting if at all possible to have this agent be the person that service my lawn in the future.

Had TruGreen for years and like convenience and ability to call back if any issues. Jim Anderson was just here doing our shrub application and he updated me on our shrub condition and some pruning tips. I mentioned we had a bad valve recently on our sprinkler system and he reminded me yall do irrigation repair which I had forgotten. Very nice guy!

Marcus Hampton was cordial and efficient.

Jim did an awesome job today. He took extra care to treat scale on some bushes and explained root rot which has damaged one of our bushes.

Travon Williams was my tech today. He was super sweet and made sure to cover any trouble areas I had in the yard. He was knowledgable and professional and explained everything that was done today. I usually do not get the opportunity to speak with the techs and he was just a pleasure to speak with today. 10/10 he was awesome!

Joshua is friendly and pays attention to treating any weeds in our yard!
