I have been a loyal customer for nearly 10 years. In midst of summer season, Dove weed begun to show up throughout the yard. Called in for the service, technicians attempted to address the issue couple of times. No avail!
Finally, spoke with Ms. Latesha Burley and expressed my concerns. She explained that my yard needs fall treatment [pre-emergent] and assured that she would take care of it as well as look into fall treatment schedule. So I would not have such problems in the future.
As promised, weeds are gone and [as a follow up] Anthony sproles paid a visit, checked the yard and made recommendations regarding soil erosion problem and patches in the back of the yard.

Most all technicians are excellent. They knock, tell me what they are treating, do their job well and I am satisfied.
We love what True Green has done for our yard this year and our tech specialist is Shane Cruz. I was pulling in yesterday as he was beginning to apply the treatment. I stoped to ask him a question and he was very knowledgeable about our lawn and answered my question as well as filled me in on what he was applying.. He's a keeper.
