Utilized TruGreen at a previous location and the service did well. Just started it at this location. Nick P. is an excellent representative of TruGreen. Answered all my questions, was very thorough in the application to ensure everything was taken care of and was very professional to work with.

I only like Elijah Croff. For years I have not been happy with the service. The specialist would not stay long at my house and always give me recommendations like to cut my grass etc. As I was leaving for work the other day I noticed Elijah stayed quite a while working on my yard, was very pleasant, and did not tell me some BS about needing to cut my yard. This man deserves a raise!

Kelsey stopped by to give me a review of my lawn condition. I really appreciated that, as I was planning to call and discuss a goosegrass issue that is going on. He poactively discussed the issue with me and said he would take steps for a follow-up treatment.

That is exactly the service I am looking for - proactively solving problems without having to wait for me to call and complain about the condition of my lawn.

TruGreen had always been extremely responsive to any concerns regarding the lawn.

Well, at the beginning I was really mad, because I kept seeing weeds everywhere (and I still see them), also, I noticed that some places in my lawn just died with no explanation, I was mad about that. But, I liked the way these guys fight to kept me as a customer, they came to my house, explained to me what was happening and also, they planted new grass for me, they also made an additional treatment on my lawn adding organic material (manure, etc.) on the problematic places. I still need to see what will happen, but I want to congratulate these guys, because they really want to keep the customer happy, not by giving excuses but working hard to make the customer happy. Please, keep the customers happy, don't give up, even if you are the greatest company ever, don't forget that every single customer helped you get there. I want to keep working with you, and let's made this a long lasting customer-provider relationship.

Service has been great. I like the updates and notifications regarding my lawn and mosquito treatments and all treatments are done on time and as promised.

I love that our sales rep comes by the property and makes sure the guys are doing their work and if he sees weeds he has them come retreat before I can let him know. Our sales rep goes above and beyond his call of duty.
