Glad to get my first service although I am a little disappointed I had another new technician, at least new to me. I have requested repeatedly to have the same technician every time so I know they are familiar with my lawn and what we are doing together to improve my lawn.
Last year I had JUSTIN WEAVER most of the time and he was fantastic. I would like to have him again. Together last year we made some significant improvements in my lawn's health and appearance and I don't want to lose the momentum we generated together.

I have had only 4 of 6 treatments and so far I am satisfied. My first treatment this year was followed by rain, snow, and freezing temps. Did that wipe out the effectiveness of the treatment? I really would like to know. If it did, then it needs to be reapplied.
