TruGreen techs do a very respectable job in taking care of the feeding of my lawn. I especially like the effort put into keeping up with communications by the company. I am notified in advance when service is to be provided and I am notified that service was performed. I am also thanked for my business and asked for feedback on my satisfaction with their services. I believe that TruGreen strives very hard to provide excellent customer service.

I mostly like my service specialist, Devin Dorogy. He pays close attention to what my lawn needs, does a complete walk thru before spraying. Yesterday he spent time with me discussing what issues he noticed, and how he would take care of them. Sure fire winner for TrueGreen.
