Advance notice of application allowing me the opportunity to discuss with tech my lawn applications and current condition. If problem persists they return back to address issue as needed. Now that gas company has replaced lines on street and replaced 1/3 of my lower front yard sod please resume all necessary applications. I missed the last application for 2019 because of late new sod replacement.

You keep sending out a service man, and he does the yard again and again, this is not what has to be done. I still want the banks done with the spray backpack with the weed control. PLEASE do not send out another serviceman to do the yards again. I have been trying to have this done for the last 3 months.Ben said to call in on his last service call and they would send a service man out. This started in OCT. EACH time a man came out he did the yard again. Thanks for no more yard being done again this year. First name removed

The technician does a good job and always is there when he is supposed tp be.
One part I don't like is all of the telephone calls. Don't want to run to answer the phone all the time and did ask to be taken off of the call list except to announce arrival for lawn work.
When I called tru green with a problem with my lawn they went above and beyond to rectify the problem

For service ticket #WOPhone number removed, aeration and overseeding on September 12, 2019 Specialist 81054-JACOB VENNERO, the technician did an excellent job! He was excellent and generous in the aeration part and seeding. Those seeds have come in well. I like when the technicians are very thorough in the aeration, and not skimpy like they can't wait to get out of that job. And he was not working on a flat level lot. Its hilly.
Please do not convert me to paperless billing without my knowledge. I still wish to receive a paper billing for the purpose of records. Please do not convert me without my knowledge or consent in the future. Please!! I have opted out of paperless billings as of this writing.
