My reply is "What did I not like about this particular service? My reply concerns TG's lack of customer service for my current lawn problem.
First, I offer a little background information. My parents initially began lawn service with Scott's around 2005/2006. Due to Scott's great customer service and the lawn's appearance, upon their death, I continued the service. The lawn always looked great, many compliments, and I was pleased with their willingness to provide reliable and friendly customer service. So, knowing the history of TruGreen with the PGA and Scott's history, when the merger occurred, I was certain I would be dealing with a top-notch company.
However, because of a recent lawn problem and the desire to have a professional assist with it, I requested I be notified when the technician would be present to discuss this repair. On approximately, Monday, 7/13, I contacted TruGreen corporate office and requested I be contacted concerning the tech's approximate arrival time on 7/17. I was assured by a customer service agent a contact would be made with a branch office (probably the Monroeville, PA ) and i would be contacted with the tech's arrival time. To assure this action would occur, on Thursday, 7/16, I made a second call concerning the approximate arrival time. Again, the appointment was confirmed and I was assured I would be contacted.. Unfortunately, between the Monday and Thursday calls, I found it necessary to leave my residence by 10:00 A.M. and requested to be notified by 10:00 A.M. of the arrival time.
Guess what, nothing happened! At approximately 12:30 P.M., a call was received/recorded on my answering machine from the local office (probably Monroeville, PA) and the tech arrived at t:14 P.M. The tech provided the above work order and, as you will note, nothing was mentioned about the lawn problem on the work order. Arriving home around 4:00 P.M., I immediately returned the call and requested to have a manager, not a tech, come to my home on Monday, 7/20, to assess the lawn problem.
This incident is poor customer service for a long-time customer who has invested considerable monies and supported Scott's/TruGreen for many years..
Hopefully, I will be contacted concerning some remuneration for this incident and my lawn repair . I appreciate your time and will await your reply.

With no rain mostly brown but my weeds are less tech told me to ask about a free weed treatment because I still have a lot of weeds also to get grass seed
