I like that I don't have to be home yet the service gets completed and a detailed report is always left. I can also check on my accouny online if I want too. Results were noticeable in 3 treatments and our lawn looks bettereally than when we bought our home. TruGreen I highly recommended but they need to be less pushy on up sales. I'd rather just want the honest truth than a company trying to make a buck.

I used to like being notified several days prior to a treatment being done (message on the answering machine was fine). However, this is no longer being done or I am notified a day or two after the treatment is done. It helps to know so that mowing can be done prior to the treatment.

That you maintain such good care of my lawn, putting down product in a timely way, and in the past you have also responded quickly if I had special issues.
