I just started with Trugreen this year. Because I have 2 properties there was some confusion about what was to be done where. I must say however that représentatives came to my house at my request and gave me knowledgeable answers to my questions and were eager to solve my lawn needs.
I like the advance treatment notice emails very much as one of the properties is a rental.
I did not feel that the aeration and seeding in my back yard got the desired results. Again I called representative Eric Brown and he was helpful at addressing the . He suggesting a more effective seeding technique to be done this fall at no charge.
I will continue with Trugreen because they respond to my yard concerns and have been very friendly and helpful

Response to concerns
I always liked results of lawn treatment until last year at this time when you burn many spots in our yard over lapping and dumping excessive dry fertilizer. It happened again this year. Three spots and fourth area burned again! I shouldn't have to pay for extra water to cover up your extra fertilizer, nor should. Have to plant grass again this year like I did last year

I like that when I called and informed of some difficulties we were having there was prompt attention to the matter. Everyone has been respectful. I especially liked the last 2 fellows who attended to our lawn.
So professional. We were notified prior to service, as asked. Service done quickly, questions answered also a detail of problems with the yard. We are so pleased to have started with Tru Green. Looking forward to seeing a beautiful lawn.
