I am not sure if you deserve a 10. The app is ok, Notification of treatment is a 10. Billing is sometimes difficult to match the treatment to the bill. I struggle with the web site. I finally got billiing figured out and set up for auto pay I think.

Matt and his team do a great job. I had some trouble with some weeds coming back and they took care of me. Grass is green and healthy looking, better than ever. Weeds when we started were pretty bad and they are going away. The lawn is more GREEN than ever. Responsive and quality service. I'm a pain as a customer sometimes, but I give the good with the bad. I'd highly recommend TRUGREEN and Matt's team!

I would love it if you could fix the printer that you use to give instructions - the paper is so light in some places that it is not readable. I know there is probably some valuable tips/information on there, but we can't read it.
I like your visit notices and the results of your program for my lawn and trees.
However, during the most recent application I believe too much fertilizer was applied in a couple places resulting in the browning of the grass. These two spots are not ones that traditionally dry out and, in fact all the adjoining grass is still quite green
