I like the fact that after they spray for weeds there are usually gone, but if we do have a problem which is rare, they come back out and do it again. People are always friendly and eager to please. We've had the service for 15 years and are very happy with it.

Last year I had quite a bit of problems with your company and was going to return to the company I had used for the last 15 years. I changed to you because I wanted the BEST!
My yard burned up last year because whoever I was telling that I did not need fertilizer, because we had rain told me it would not hurt my yard! They did come out in October with a commercial aeration machine and could not complete my entire yard because the machine was to big. In November they sent a machine for a normal yard and two men that were very gracious to redo the places that were missed.
This spring I had many bare spots because the seed did not work.
After speaking to Angie Rossi and explain why I was leaving your company she sent supervisor,Brad (don’t know his last name) out. He then scheduled a spring slit seeding for our yard. Robert Battaglia did this in April and said I should see results in about two weeks. As our weather has been cold and rainy I expect it to take longer.
That I have the same person (Mike) most (should be always) apply the applications to my lawn. It just gives me the assurance that the job will be done properly.
