We have been customers or Truegreen and/or Scotts for almost 20 years, both commercially and residentially. I can honestly say that the last 2 years have been the best and most carefree while dealing with Ken Coon and Lisa Branch. Nothing is ever perfect, but with Ken's attention to detail and prompt response, it sure seems like it. Whenever I call Ken with an inquiry or issue I alway proceed the conversation with, "Ken, I don't like to complain but, I have this issue or that issue." His response is alway, "Please, complain if you need to! If there is an issue and you don't, I can't fix it. I want to fix it!" All in all, I couldn't ask for and/or expect any higher level is service. If this level of customer service continues, Truegreen has a loyal customer. Thanks Ken and Lisa!

The technician is very nice and they have a lot of knowledge about the care of my grass.
My lawn has never looked better. You do a great job. I would have given you a 10 except for the fact that I don't like all the mail and phone calls I get from you trying to sell me other services. Sometimes almost high pressure.
TruGreen always calls to remind us they will be out on a specific date. They are friendly and offer good advice.
My lawn looks much better and is healthier than when treatments started. The treatments cost me less money and save me a lot of time if I were to do it myself.
Grass looks nice.
I received a follow-up visit this week without requesting it. They treated areas that needed it.
