I like the communication that occurs in advance of a scheduled application. TruGreen does make a return visit should there be a question as to an application not eliminating or limiting further growth of weeds/clover/etc.

The actual aeration and overseeding service was fine. However, i was not happy that I did not receive any notice that Trugreen was coming to perform a service. had I known, I would have cut my grass prior to them coming. Now my grass is tall, and I can't bag the grass. if i do choose to cut it, I will have to leave those tall blades of grass in the lawn to ensure that I don't bag all of the seeds. That part of the service it totally disappointing!

We hired TruGreen for lawn care. Living on Retirement Pensions, and keeping expenses to our budget, we selected a modest list for applications throughout the spring, summer, & fall. The improvement has been very noticeable. We have a continuous rich green lawn, enriched with fertilizer, weed killer, etc, and we have been complimented by friends & neighbors, on how good the improvement has made the lawn look in the past few years.Thank You TruGreen!
Please tell your specialist not to roll up the leave-with information into a very tight roll and force it under the handle of the screen door. it is hard to unroll, and flattening it out takes two heavy books. The packet is set up to hang on the door knob. Tell him or her to hang the packet as it was intended. Thank you.
