I appreciate the fact that this company wants my business enough to keep the price at the same level as the previous year. Being on a fixed income and always expecting higher prices, it is refreshing to know that adjustments are in place for the household not able to pay for higher pricing.

Hi,

First, Jeff Wilson is fantastic! Always has a smile on his face and explains things.

Second, I think TG needs to provide better documentation when it comes to recommendations. For example, Jeff indicated that several areas of my lawn were compacted...but doesnt indicate where in my lawn. Secondly, aeration was indicated as a recommendation. I had aeration done by TG this fall??

I am more than happy to discuss my feedback with Michael Malchow, Supervisor, if he wants.
