Since TruGreen has taken over doing the lawn, it has been amazing the service they have provided. There was a problem on some weeds that were present after an application and they were notified and came back and took care of the problem. They have become very efficient with the applications and the lawn is looking better and better. I look forward to seeing how the rest of the summer goes.

Ben Metcalf serviced my lawn today and I was very pleased. He was polite, professional and friendly. I asked him if he was able to look at my moms yard (Carol Andrist) and my other neighbors yard (Chris DeYoung) , as well as Luke Nash who all re-signed up with him. We all would like Ben to continue to be our lawn professional.
The one negative item I will add is Rhonda Frisch was a sales person who was going door to door for the company only providing quotes for the largest package and not sharing information about other packages available. It wasn't until I called back and asked about only getting weeds done then I was offered the next lowest package which included bug control. I said I didn't want that at which time I was given the 6 application quote.
Carol and Chris were not going to go with Trugreen because of the cost. Ben and I talked to Carol and Chris about the 6 application pricing and they signed up. So, the company almost lost out on three customers because the only quote given to potential customers was the highest package versus giving options. The other concern is Rhonda did not ask about property lines so Carol's original quote was over estimated by almost 10,000 square feet.
I am not sure if your sales people get commission but Ben should get credit for Carol Andrist, Chris DeYoung, and Luke Nash as he took the time to explain options. Excellent employee and I would like to thank him.
