This rainy morning Anthony knocked on my door and greeted me with a big smile. Using his customer service skills he; introduced himself, used the company's name, maintained excellent eye contact, and explained his plans for aerating the lawn. Following the lawn treatment he again knocked on the door. Using his professional skills, he explained how he seeded the lawn and noted a difficult area to treat due to tree roots. Anthony thanked me for using TRUGreen and wished me a nice day. The exchange ended with his friendly smile.

Had an issue with my grass being burned to excess fertilizer being spoiled on my yard. Took a couple months, but a very nice woman in customer service really went out of her way to try to assist and make it right.
I had a hard time giving you a 9 because of this, and the fact that your process of having a service manager follow up is complete crap. This needs to be improved.
Your customer service team took it the extra yard to retain me as a customer.
