Professional, courteous, communicates services, timely

They do the service that I ask them to do. If I don't think I will be around the house, I leave a note that they read. The square footage they service is changed, and the technician said he would update the file. Waiting to see if this happens, since I am currently charged for twice as much as I will have in the future.
