Most of the time the results are as expected. Your employees are always friendly and efficient. I do wish, however, that they would refrain from putting the TruGreen stick signs in my yard, as I have requested numerous times. I do not appreciate my property being used as a billboard. I understand the reason for placing the signs, but I don’t recall anyone asking my permission to do so. And also in the backyard where only I can see it? Come on, cut it out!

Great customer service from start to finish.

Terry was very knowledgeable and helpful. He answered questions about reseeding bare spots, and about aerating the yard, and how soon I can mow after the treatments. He's returning in about a month. We asked about the type of chemicals used because we feed the wildlife in our yard... does not use any glyphosate! This is our first spraying, looking forward to the results.

The lawn man was great and he did a good job.

However, I wish to cancel any and all future applications. I will be doing the lawn myseld.

We had our first service appointment today. Trae Priest was our specialist. We had a good discussion on the service and when to plant and overseed. Very personable. Pre-emergent has been applied.

Brad E seeed to know what he was talking about and did his jb and left. Very professional. A question I have is the company that cleans my yard, came at 6 last night. I asked him if the yard cleaning would affect the process that your technician applied to my yard yesterday. The lawn man said that as long as it was preemergent pellets it would not bother what Trugreen had done to my yard yesterday. Just checking to see that that was a true statement and the trugreen process was still going to rid my lawn of broadleaf weeds.
