I would like to know why the prices have increased every year unnecessarily as it seems you are money motivated. There is no reason for price increases and a whopping extra $40 from last year. I might have to get my own aerator and do it myself for half the price or less.

I appreciate getting a call as to when they are coming. The tech knocks on the door and discusses plans for the treatment. I also like to post-treatment write up.

Generally, we are very pleased.

On our last service, however - for Aeration and Seeding, the lawn was not aerated in all places and the seed was poorly spread. There are large sections of lawn where the aerator was not run at all and there are very large bare patches where no seed was spread, while other areas there is an overabundance of seed. We ended up having to overseed more ourselves...very disappointing.

OUINN STOVER did an excellent job in the application of insect control to our shrub and trees. He was very knowledgeable and answered my questions on proper application etc.

We would like to be notified of our service schedule, a couple of days in advance. The gate will be locked, otherwise....
Also, Deonte was very nice. Except, he spent maybe 5 Minutes on our property.

You keep my lawn healthy. I don't have to worry about when to do each application on my yard. Your notifications for when you are coming out are useful and not over the top on the number of messages I get.

Weed control and fertilization.

I'm not too thrilled about the constant changing of the actual dates of the services, as I have a lawn service that I have to coordinate with also so they don't mow up all the product that you guys have put down, and I just get one thing settled and then you change it again, and so it goes and so it goes, BUT I do like the end result of your service and the fact that you will come back with no problem if needed!
I was especially pleased with the lawn specialist this time. Her name is Kathryn Chilcote, and she was able to answer any questions I might have, and very pleasant. I had not had her here before but would love to have her every time!

TruGreen keeps my lawn plush and green. I also like how TruGreen wipes away all the weeds.

That if one of the treatments doesn't do the job you will come back out and redo it and make it right.
