Up front and being responsibity for doing there job
I really like the the looks of the yard. The treatments seem to be helping the health of the lawn. But the application of the spray for the crab grass doesn't seem to be controlling the weeds in my yard. The last time I had a service it seems like the technician sprayed the weeds in the yard next door. They were dieing and the weeds in my yard are doing good and possibly haven't been sprayed yet. PLEASE let YOUR technician know they were proficient at killing the neighbors weeds. I really don't think that it would for my yard to be treated without any charges very soon,if you know what I mean. PLEASE Let me know when you're sending them for that purpose. I am writing this e-mail to let YOU know that I will pay for THIS last service. And if you can, I would like to get a print out of the service that's supposed to be being done. The two girls that came out didn't put the sign in the lawn, nor do I get a service printout. AND PLEASE let me know if you can at least one day before the service is going to be performed. My dogs might've been in the backyard. Then the service might not have been able to be done. At least one days warning would've been nice, NOT a couple of hours. It's GOOD that I got home to hear the warning on my recorder.
