Jonathan was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the program, identified various weeds, and explained what we should expect from the treatments. He also identified a bare area next to the house and explained that the lawn would not grow due to the constant shade. He suggested several grasses that would grow in that area. He was very thorough in applying the fertilizer and weed control chemicals. Many employees act like employees. Jonathan acted more like an owner who knows the importance of customer satisfaction.
