The lawn service we had yesterday was eye opening. Tech thought the yellow and brown spots in my usually beautiful green yard was due to fertilizer carelessly applied. I have never had my yard look this bad in all the years I have used Trugreen. Hoping to see my green yard back soon. London walked around with me and sprayed the weeds that past three techs have missed. I appreciated being able to point out problem areas. Wish ALL techs would follow instructions to knock on my door!

Oops..sorry this is a complaint with praise also. With my fertilization before today, ugly brown and yellow grass was the result. Yes, I watered and the sprinkler system waters everywhere. I have never had a problem with the service. But my yard looks really ugly right now. I am hoping with today's fertilizing and plenty of water, the grass will green back up. Today, Landon and Michael were great. Landon followed directions and knocked on my door. The mosquito sprayer did not!!
You keep my lawn in good shape, except for the crabgrass I have in my front and back grass. The last time I had TruGreen out to do my application I told the guy about the crabgrass and wanted them to do something to kill it, they said TruGreen will take care of it. So far they have done nothing. For the price, I am paying for this service I should get some satisfaction. You guy's advertise if anything is not satisfactory you will come out to make it right. Well, I need this done.

I don't have to remember when the lawn needs treated
I was concerned why I still had weeds after 3 months of treatments and was informed that there was a problem in the system and that it will be taken care of without charge to come back to ensure weeds are being eliminated. However the continuing the lawn treatment for a healthy lawn, I will continue paying for.
I also like the idea that we are notified when TruGreen will be at my residence.
Quick easy no fuss. Don't have to be home. Love it

Getting rid of weeds.
The men working are friendly and polite. I would like a phone call before they coming. They are good about sending a text, but they are usually here before I check my text, resulting in problems with my dogs. Hopefully that can happen. Everything. It keeps me from doing it at my age. The only thing is the service rep always leaves me gate to the back yard open. Please tell them to close the back gates.
