1. When I call customer service I speak with a person not a machine, and they speak clear ENGLISH that I can understand and comprehend.

2. I appreciate the fact the any issues that may arise in between applications someone is there to address it.

3. Although I feel like the service is a little expensive for the size yard I have, it is worth paying someone that has knowledge of how to do the right job the first time addressing issues before they become a problem.

4. My yard looks better this season than it ever has.

Back yard is doing much better this year. Front yard does not look as healthy but it is older. Weed control with Trugreen has been pretty good.
