The grass looks good. The shrubs and ornamental trees look good. There are spots on my zinnia leaves which may be from spraying. I've never had that before. All the Bahia died just south of my yard. I suppose it was sprayed. That's all right. It's just brown now because there's no other grass there.

easier to say the only real problem i have: poor communication at the centralized fine bank vs. local level. a lot of wasted time and effort sure to fact that fine bank d/ not seem to read tech's notes. the actual tech and treatment is fine.

I like the guarantee that after one application for mosquitos it is good. I had a problem getting service set up for my son on my account with scheduling. I had to call 2 times to get that done and set up. I also had to call today to have a re-spray for both my home and 2006 Idylwood. The 2006 address was supposed to be set up from yesterday but was not. I don't like having to call repeatedly to get our yards retreated. I had previously been with Mosquito Joe and I never had a problem with scheduling, they were always there when they said and I never had to call to remind them like I have with Tru Green. I don't like to compare but maybe you can get this resolved and not have customers having to follow up on treatments that were promised to be done. I do like having my lawn treatments and mosquito service with the same company. I also would like you to alert customers what kind of service they will be doing so we can account for the money being spent so it will be in the bank. Some people don't keep a lot in their checking accounts at one time, only for bills. I do like having TruGreen for all of my lawn and pest control.........................

My lawn has drastically improved thanks to TruGreen. I don't appreciate all the extra sales calls for various other services but my lawn is much improved.
