I recently sent a review in but had listed the wrong name as the specialist I was reviewing. The correct specialist was John Messatzzia and not Richard McDaniel. I was looking at the wrong sheet. John was a lot more thorough & professional than all other previous specialist sent before.
Your last specialist, Richard McDaniel, provided outstanding service. I didn't realize how one person can make a difference. Your previous gentlemen always offered up excuses to me as to why they couldn't kill this crab grass or some particular weeds invading my lawn but Richard came here and no more weeds or crab grass. Please continue to send him out to my place for all future applications, including the fire ant application this spring. You previous guy applied it during a rainstorm, told me it would not impact the application and had to come back a couple of times to redo.
I like the fact that my lawn is 100% better than it was prior to having Trugreen service my property. There are hardly any signs of weeds after 1 1/2 years of Trugreen care. Bare spots have been covered by the St.Augustine grass that covers the rest of the yard.
My yard has never looked better. In just one season, the weeds are gone, the color is vibrant green, and the lawn is thick and plush. I’m sold.

They can treat without me being there. They are very conscientious about my dogs being in the yard and not letting them out. They always leave me a note of what they have done and let me know what I need to do to follow up. They young mean are very polite.

I had billing issues that were unresolved with one phone agent in the Tyler office. But, I requested asked for another associate and my needs were met and surpassed. Thank you Tyler Tru Green. They corrected my problem within 3 phone calls and surpassed my irritation when I got a different phone girl within 10 minutes. Very happy with my lawn and now my customer service!
