I like being able to talk to our specialist, John Messatzzia, about our lawn. He listens, understands, explains things, is knowledgeable and on top of that, he's friendly and professional.
Our lawn was completely overhauled last season and our landscaper used hydroseeding which my husband calls "hydroweeding". John has done wonders for us so far and we're looking forward to a much healthier lawn this season.

I have found that my guy that service my yard knows exactly what he is doing. His name is Michael. I really don't want anyone but him to service my lawn. He took care of a patch of grass bear I had been trying to get rid of. No one else that came out had any luck in getting reed of them. So yes I would recommend TruGreen.
I had tremendous amounts of weeds and bare spots this season, even after a full year of service by TruGreen last year. After this years initial 2 treatments I wasn't seeing any improvement, so I asked for a re-treatment and a different tech. Michael came out and was able to identify right away what had happened, and started to correct the issues the first tech caused by undertreating my yard. He explained the issue and apologized/took responsibility (gave no excuses). They still have a ways to go to get my yard back into shape, due to the first tech neglecting it so badly, but I believe the current tech knows what is needed, and is doing everything he can to get it looking good, it already looks much better. Mistakes will happen, and every company has their issues, the way they own up to them and fix them is what determines the type of company they are. So far thanks to Michael I feel like they are working hard to correct the previous mistakes. Only time will tell if they are successful, or if it happens again in the future.
Services have been provided as promised and in a professional manner. Polite, friendly, presentable service technicians arrive on schedule in clean uniforms.
Your employees who come and provide the services have all been extremely respectful. They’ve all been very knowledgeable about your products and how they will help my lawn. I’m very glad I decided to buy your service as things seem to be working out very well, my lawn has improved!

The employees are always nice and friendly and informative. They let you know when they are coming each time.

Scott Medcalf is a true professional! Very polite and explains everything in detail. He sprayed my lawn for weeds and said I would notice the change in 7 to 21 days. As he said on the weeds started showing signs of the spray taking effect on the 7th day!

Service is good. I like the fact that I can choose the particular services I get, and have the opportunity to supplement some of the services myself - particularly if I need to put down granular "feed and weed".

Jerry Willis from branch #5093 put in a long day. He got to my house around 6pm almost dark, but he did not rush through the application and I am very happy at how well he covered the yard. It started raining about 10 hours after the application so I hope it had time to work on the weeds.
