I was so disgusted because my yard had circles and it looked like it was dead to me. Alex Hope took the time to talk to me about my yard then the district supervisor Carrie Shewbart called me. Ms. Shewbart not only called but came out to talk with me a look at my lawn.
They really do care.

I appreciate the schedule notifications of service in advance. And if i do have an issue your team works with me to resolve problem.

It is important to maintain a schedule when applying fertilizers and pre-emergent to yards and you seem to maintain this in a timely manner.

Lorenzo Moore did a very thorough job of applying the lawn treatment today even though I observed that he was having issues with his truck. My lawn is large (1 acre) and his spray hoses were too short to access the complete area without moving the truck to different locations. It appears that management should look at this situation and do some repairs.

Your tech is always ready to help and explain how I can take care of my yard better.

I asked to talk to someone after looking at my before oking treatment and a couple of days later there was a man out in my yard and putting stuff down and I was not contacted first. NOT a way to do business, reminds me of a used car salesman.

They take time to tell you what they are going to do and are very personable.
