Since I usually lock my gate at night, it would be helpful to receive a text message or call upon arrival.
I am elderly and my sleep habits seem to have changed (don't get up as early as I used to) and I hate to miss you guys when I am on the schedule before 9am.
Otherwise, the girls at the office are wonderful to work with, in case the guys couldn't get into the back yard.

I don't usually respond to surveys but Cory has been servicing my lawn for many years and I appreciate her good work. It helps a lot to have a consistent tech so I know who does the work and can contact her if I have any special requests. She knows what needs to be done here.
