so far I have received quality service from every employee that has come to my home. Of special note has been J Adam Brown (28362). While always professional I find him to be especially friendly and caring. He always offers lawn advice in person as well as making it a note on the invoice. If I was stall back in the work force as Aim retired I can assure you Adam would be the sort of employee I would want representing me before the public. In todays world this quality of employee is not easy to find. KEEP HIM!
Lawn/shrub technician comes on the day scheduled (Trudy always calls with the next service schedule.) and if I'm home, technician will discuss that days treatment. Shrubs are looking the best ever and I have no issues with white flies that I used to before True Green Started.

Our provider Dave does an excellent job! He is knowledgeable about the issues we have with our lawn and shrubs. He's extremely courteous and is patient with us as we have two labs that have to be brought it before he can work in our back yard.
My lawn has been struggling for the past 2 years after bad sod was installed. Since Trugreen started treating my lawn it looks the best it has looked in 2 years.

I had a great experience today, 7/11/17 with your employee Mr. David Allen. He was very friendly, informative and extremely courteous. All of these I appreciate immensely. He is not the regular guy for us, but I wish he was. He also gave me advise on growing Bermuda grass and the spiddle bug problem we have been having. He answered all of my questions.

I always know when they are coming to service the lawn. The only problem I have is when they call from the 904 area code they do not leave a message and thus it is difficult to know what they wanted to talk with me about. A message would be nice in order to know if I need to return the call.

When we are contacted prior to a service date about an upcoming lawn treatment... This has not been happening however, the last three visits!
First and foremost we like our service technician Gary Bettis. He is very kind, professional and knowledgeable. He is always very friendly and takes his job very seriously. He cares as much about your lawn as he would his own. He is truly exceptional.
I also like the fact that you can call them if there is a problem and they come out right away to diagnose and treat the problem
Jill agreed to have plugs installed at no charge in the bare spots in our lawn as the treatment that has been provided has not been productive in getting the lawn to spread to the bare spots in the back yard and along the side of the garage.
I understand the weeds have been a problem due to all the rain in the area.
In addition, the Mole Crickets keep appearing and a new plan needs to be in effect to curb their destroying of our lawn each year mainly in the spring.
Lastly, in March of 17, a soil sample was completed and we NEVER received the results of the sample after being assured it would be completed in 4 to 6 weeks.
