I find the latest trend in commercial rating surveys annoying. The fact that I am still a customer should let you know that I am satisfied with your service. How can I rate the performance of one of your technicians when I do not even see him? The only way I could rate your service is to observe the results to my lawn after a few months, not the day after you spray.
J. Adam Brown serviced our property today; he explained the service he was to perform, talked with me about my trees and shrubs (what I was doing right and some areas of concern) and finished everything in a timely manner. He was friendly and very knowledgable! So far we are VERY happy with TruGreen and would definitely recommend.
