Adam Brown is especially helpful. He is thorough with his service call and always takes the time to tell/show me if there is something wrong with my lawn, give me helpful tips and let me know about proper watering.
I've been with TruGreen for several years now. Adam has been our service specialist for most of the time. I cannot say enough about the care to our lawn. His knowledge is what keeps our lawn looking so good. If a problem arises Adam has the answer and helps get the yard back on track and that is not a easy task in our coastal area.

Our service man, Cediric Barr is fast, courteous and friendly. I especially like having the same person come out each time! We have been very pleased with the difference that TruGreen has made in our beautiful St. Augustine lawn. The few times we have had problems with our lawn, our serviceman has fixed them. They have always told us how long we would need to wait, for example for a fungus or weed problem to resolve, and they were always accurate.

TruGreen has always been professional. All of the lawn specialists have been helpful, especially J Adam Brown. The lawn care providers are very knowledgeable. I have seen much improvement in my lawn and shrubs since I started using your service in 2015.
Adam is a great technician/expert. Professional, courteous, and a hard worker. Example, just recently, we were getting a brown spot in the backyard and Adam told me what he thought the problem was, made an application and within a couple of weeks it was green again. Gives me tips each time of things I can do before his next visit. Great fellow. Great attitude. A great "ambassador" for TruGreen! He signed is up and we have been happy with the service ever since.
You service JUST seems to work! The grass is getting greener and thicker and the insects have virtually disappeared.
So far the worker has asked me what I like and don't like and the service has been directed to fix it. If that stops and my grass/yard gets weeds or fails I will stop your service.
