You always let us know when you are coming. Robert has always been very prompt and efficient. Additionally, I noticed today that as he was on his way to his next customer on our street, he encountered a father and his daughter on bikes. He followed them with flashers on to ensure their safety on our very busy street. Way to go Robert!
I have been a Trugreen customer since 20006 and I have always had the same law tech, ROBERT. Robert has always taken time to talk to me about the health of my lawn and has made recommendations to address them. Robert also takes time to put the board I have across my gate back in the proper place so my small dog won't escape. Robert has always been very professional.
