Our specialists, Alfredo Torres, arrived on the scheduled service date and time. He checked with us to let us know he was going to perform the required service, briefly explained what he was going to do, asked if we had any other concerns, and then did his job efficiently. As I was involved in another project, he left us the customer service information form, indicating what he did and what to expect, along with items he noticed in our yard and recommendations for us to follow. Alfredo is a thoughtful, courteous, and responsible lawn specialist. We are glad he is taking care of ours.
