Manager responded to my concerns. He came out to both my properties to determine the treatments required to manage fungus, wedge and broad leaf weeds. He noted that technicians need to treat broad leaf weeds along the house with back pack. The manager took notes and stayed he would check !my account for applications /services provided so far....potash, weed killer, fertilizer. I requested the same technician treat my lawn each treatment. The same technician would provide me the $$ customer $$ who is paying consistent management of lawn. Also it would not require I be at home to discuss problem the areas. Phone number removed.
