Two months ago I was fed up with the weed control from True green and I was going to cancel any further services. Brant Barber (senior service manager) called me and asked about my weed control problems. I invited out to my house to see for himself. He showed with in fifteen minutes and we walked my lawn together. He admitted that I had a weed problem. My question to him was that why am I paying $700.00 a year for complete lawn service and I'm still putting up with all these weeds? He asked me to give him a month to get rid of the weeds and I agreed. In the past two months he sent out his techs four times to do weed control and has called me to see how the weed control was working. My lawn is looking much better now thanks to Brant Barber. Brant's attention to customer service is something you don't see much any more and I can tell you that the only reason I'm still with True Green is because of Brant. I hope this feed back goes to the top management people and Brant gets commended for what he does.

John Dickinson is our TruGreen service representative. He has been our rep for so long that he knows our lawn very well.
John is WONDERFUL. He is friendly, polite, efficient, and helpful with his explanations about what he is doing that particular day with our lawn. My husband and I are grateful for John and his efforts to help improve our lawn/landscape.

The new person that came to my house and knocked on door to introduced himself. He told me what he was going to do with the lawn and how long it would take for it to work. I like the idea that I saw the person who was going to do lawn and not someone that just came in and then disappeared without my knowledge, unless I'm not home.
Try Green is always right there if we have a problem. We haven’t had many problems because they do such a good job.
